Sara has been with PrimeMLS since 2006, serving in a variety of roles focused on delivering reliable, high-quality tools and data to subscribers. Over the years, she has become a trusted and knowledgeable presence in the MLS community. Prior to joining PrimeMLS, Sara spent seven years in the U.S. Army and another seven years in the printing industry, where she worked as both a Customer Service Representative and a Quality Assurance Technician.

CEO, Colorado Real Estate Network

Jeff Follis is the CEO of Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN). CREN is a regional MLS servicing 17+ counties and six REALTOR® Board Associations. CREN provides its REALTOR® members with a communication tool for buying, selling, leasing or auctioning properties within the region. CREN has approximately 1,400 REALTOR® members and 250 affiliates including banks, appraisers, and property inspectors.

The Regional MLS covers close to 25,000 square miles. Their goal is to deliver a variety of Real Estate tools and services to their members to assist them at succeeding in the Real Estate Industry.

CEO, IRES MLS

Jeff Bosch is a recognized leader and advocate for the essential role multiple listing services play in enabling transparent, efficient real estate markets and providing high-quality information and tools for real estate professionals.

 

Jeff serves as chief executive officer of IRES MLS, the second-largest MLS in Colorado, and its software development subsidiary, REALGO Inc. Previously, he was chief operating officer for MARIS MLS in St. Louis.

 

Jeff has strong roots in the broker community, with more than nearly 20 years of experience advocating for better data and tools while breaking down artificial barriers, costs and complexity for professionals and consumers alike.

 

Jeff chairs the Broker Advisory Workgroup Chair for the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO); is a director for the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS); and served as a 2024 member of the T3 Real Estate Data Roundtable.

The Changes of MLS

René Galicia is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at NTREIS, where he oversees strategic operations and legal affairs for the premier MLS serving Texas and Louisiana. With over two decades of real estate industry experience, including nearly 15 years in progressive MLS leadership, René previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and as EVP, Policy Counsel & Strategic Partnerships at Bright MLS. He has also held leadership roles at NAR and California Regional MLS, where he began his MLS career. A licensed attorney, René holds CMLX3, RCE, Professional Standards Administrator, and RESO RED-B certifications, and has served on the CMLS Board of Directors. He is recognized for driving operational excellence, building industry relationships, and advocating for the MLS community.

With more than 25 years in the property technology industry, Nikki Morgan has served as a passionate sales executive and versatile product expert with CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite for the last 11 years. With a keen sense for strategic business solutions and a unique perspective across emerging industry trends, MLSs throughout the nation turn to Nikki for her deep product knowledge and personable service expertise. Today, she guides MLS executives, real estate veterans and young professionals alike as they leverage the power of property tax data to grow and nurture their business. She is known for engaging with leadership and users alike throughout the sales process and remains part of the go live and launch phase where she educates users by personally offering her product knowledge and how to apply it daily to save time and provide great information to consumers throughout the home buying/selling process. James Dwiggins is the co-chief executive officer of NextHome, Inc. He’s third-generation in real estate. James brings to the table a sharp, innovative, and forward-focused vision. He’s been in the real estate franchise business since 2006, originally joining Realty World Northern California & Nevada as director of technology and strategy, where he was promoted to vice president five years later. In May 2014, he cofounded NextHome (with Tei Baishiki) and ran both brands until 2020, when Realty World International acquired the region back. In January 2015, James (and Tei) launched NextHome as an independent national real estate franchise.

 

James speaks regularly and is a frequent media expert on real estate and other cross-industry franchise and technology advancements. He has been featured as a RISMedia Newsmaker and on the Swanepoel Power 200 list. Franchise Business Review recognized him as the leader of the number-one real estate franchise (and number-one across industries) in owner satisfaction for three years in a row. Vice President and General Counsel, California Regional MLS

 Legal Update

Edward Zorn has been a real estate attorney for over 30 years and has been the Vice President and General Counsel for California Regional MLS since 2015. As general counsel he is responsible for all legal aspects from contracting to litigation management, and as VP he is involved in the daily operational and strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining CRMLS, Ed's law practice focused on Realtor Association, brokerage, and developer representation. Ed has also been a real estate broker for over 20 years operating his own independent brokerage firm, and was also the Vice President and General Counsel of a multi-office franchisee within the Anywhere family. He still represents buyers that want to move to his hometown of Knoxville, TN.

 

With a passion for education, Ed was an Adjunct Professor for California Baptist University, where he helped create the University’s real estate program. Prior to joining CRMLS, Ed also served as a state Director and Ombudsman for the California Association of REALTORS® and was an active REALTOR member with the Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS where he was named the 2012 REALTOR of the Year. He is still an active member of the C.A.R. Legal Affairs Forum and serves on the Professional Standards Committee hearing disciplinary and arbitration cases in Tennessee. Ed recently served on the NAR MLS Listing Issues and Policy Committee, and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee. He is a frequent presenter and panelist at real estate industry events and podcasts.

​Zane Burnett serves as Executive VP of Digital Strategy at The Agency, where he oversees all aspects of technology and digital transformation for the international brokerage. He has experience in both the PropTech and Brokerage space. Serving most recently as Rechat’s VP of Innovation & Insight, he helped lead the team in unprecedented growth and brand recognition. Prior to joining The Agency, Burnett served as Chief Digital Officer to Willis Allen Real Estate, a luxury boutique in Southern California. He has been a consultant to a number of brokerages, proptech startups, and other organizations, including ActivePipe, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Earlier, he was VP of Digital Innovation and Technology at Alain Pinel REALTORS®, one of the nation's largest luxury real estate brokerages in the San Francisco Bay area, which was acquired by Compass.

Burnett began his career as Vice President of Marketing & Technology at Fillmore Real Estate in Brooklyn, which at the time was New York City's largest independent brokerage firm. He has served as an Advisory Board Member for Rutgers University’s Big Data program, and was named in an edition of San Diego Business Journal’s “Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40”.

Kellie’s career spans brokerage leadership, title, and national business development. She previously served as a Branch Manager for a large brokerage and as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for a title company, where she brought leaders together from across the country to form a National Business Development group focused on collaboration, consulting, and solving real-world challenges. She has also consulted with experiential marketing teams and regularly presents at local Realtor boards on technology, business planning, gratitude, and continuing education.

 

A self-described technology enthusiast, Kellie is passionate about using smart tools and systems to remove friction, work more efficiently, and create better experiences for clients, agents, brokers, and every key player involved in today’s real estate transactions—proving that while everything is changing, the house remains at the heart of it all.
