Jeff Follis is the CEO of Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN). CREN is a regional MLS servicing 17+ counties and six REALTOR® Board Associations. CREN provides its REALTOR® members with a communication tool for buying, selling, leasing or auctioning properties within the region. CREN has approximately 1,400 REALTOR® members and 250 affiliates including banks, appraisers, and property inspectors.

The Regional MLS covers close to 25,000 square miles. Their goal is to deliver a variety of Real Estate tools and services to their members to assist them at succeeding in the Real Estate Industry.

A founding member and creator of the Virtual MLS Summit, which brings the MLS industry to over 35,000 MLS brokers and agents from across the nation, Megan has been involved in the MLS industry for over 17+ years. She is an active member of the National MLS Users Group, as well as CMLS and RESO. She is a CMLX3 Leadership graduate and has received the RESO Red-B Certification. Megan is an approved New Mexico Real Estate Commission instructor and teaches five CE approved MLS courses to real estate licensees. She believes wine should be served with a stray dog hair and keeps sane by cycling 30 miles a day.

Rob Hahn is the Founder and CEO of Decentre Property Exchange (DPX), an online auction-based MLS bringing transparency and efficiency to North American real estate. He is also the managing Partner of 7DS Associates – a strategy consulting firm specializing in the residential real estate industry.
With a varied background from Wall Street, corporate law, technology, product development, media and entertainment, startups, fashion and professional card player, Rob brings a unique perspective to business problems. Rob started in real estate at a specialized commercial real estate firm investing in airplane hangars (true story), then moved to Realogy, where he headed the interactive marketing for Coldwell Banker Commercial before launching his consulting firm. In 2022, having seen the power and promise of distributed ledgers and distributed computing, he launched Decentre Property Exchange to get involved in the power of decentralization.
Often called the best demotivational speaker in real estate, Rob is a frequent speaker at events such as Inman, T3 Connect, Gathering of Eagles, NARPM, franchise and brokerage events, national, state and local MLS and Association events, and is available for weddings and bar mitzvahs.
Rob writes the well-known blog Notorious R.O.B. where he opines on topics in real estate, technology, law, marketing, economy, politics, society and strategy through far-too-long posts. He is also the co-host of the influential Industry Relations podcast with Greg Robertson. Named to the Inman 100 Most Influential List despite his best efforts, Rob notes that with great power comes great responsibility… and with very little power comes very little responsibility.
He is a graduate of Yale University, with a BA in Philosophy. The year he graduated, all of the Wall Street Philosophy Firms were going through a recession, so he added a law degree from NYU along with student loans the size of a mortgage. He lives in Las Vegas with his lovely wife Sunny and two misbehaving dogs.

Greg Robertson co-founded his first real estate software company, IRIS, in 1992. In year 2000 IRIS was listed #192 on Inc. Magazine “Inc. 500” list of fastest growing companies in the United States and later that year acquired by Homeseekers.com. Greg went on to join eNeighborhoods, one of real estate’s first true SaaS companies. eNeighborhoods was then acquired by Dominion Enterprises, who owned Homes.com at the time in 2007. In 2008 Greg and his co-founder Dan Woolley went on to start, W+R Studios. W+R Studios created one of real estate’s most popular SaaS solutions, Cloud CMA. Cloud CMA and the rest of the Cloud Agent Suite have over 700,000 subscribers in North America. W+R Studios was acquired by Lone Wolf Technologies in December of 2020. Greg was the General Manager of the MLS division at Lone Wolf until August 2023.
With over 30 years in the organized real estate industry Greg is very passionate about helping others find success.
Greg is an active public speaker and is an author of the book, “The Art of the CMA”. Greg publishes the industry technology blog, Vendor Alley. He also publishes two industry podcasts, Listing Bits, and is co-host of Industry Relations with Rob Hahn.
