Jessie Edgerton is Chief Executive Officer of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), where she leads the organization’s work to advance the MLS community, strengthen member value, and champion an accessible, efficient, and transparent housing market. She brings 16 years of leadership experience in organized real estate, including five years as legal counsel for the National Association of REALTORS® and nine years as Chief Legal Officer at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Her experience supporting a global network of more than 500 brokerages across 70 countries gives her a broad perspective on the value of trusted real estate information and the MLS as essential market infrastructure.

As Realtor.com Chief Economist, Danielle Hale leads the Realtor.com® Economics team. Made up of the industry’s top analysts and economists, the Realtor.com Economics team provides housing data and relevant, data-based insights to consumers, industry professionals, and other thought leaders. Danielle is frequently interviewed in broadcast, print, and digital media outlets including: The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, The Washington Post, Fox News, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, CNBC, Fox Business, The New York Times, CNN, Yahoo!, USA Today, and many others. Before joining Realtor.com® in July 2017, Danielle spent nearly a decade as an economist and policy researcher at the National Association of REALTORS®. There, she oversaw the production of closely followed housing market data and led research projects on how federal, state and local policies impact the real estate market. Prior to joining NAR as an economist in 2008, Danielle spent three years at the American Enterprise Institute. Danielle earned her degrees from Florida State University and lives with her family in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC.
