Jeff Follis is the CEO of Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN). CREN is a regional MLS servicing 17+ counties and six REALTOR® Board Associations. CREN provides its REALTOR® members with a communication tool for buying, selling, leasing or auctioning properties within the region. CREN has approximately 1,400 REALTOR® members and 250 affiliates including banks, appraisers, and property inspectors.

The Regional MLS covers close to 25,000 square miles. Their goal is to deliver a variety of Real Estate tools and services to their members to assist them at succeeding in the Real Estate Industry.

A founding member and creator of the Virtual MLS Summit, which brings the MLS industry to over 35,000 MLS brokers and agents from across the nation, Megan has been involved in the MLS industry for over 17+ years. She is an active member of the National MLS Users Group, as well as CMLS and RESO. She is a CMLX3 Leadership graduate and has received the RESO Red-B Certification. Megan is an approved New Mexico Real Estate Commission instructor and teaches five CE approved MLS courses to real estate licensees. She believes wine should be served with a stray dog hair and keeps sane by cycling 30 miles a day.

As the Director of Product & Implementation, Sara oversees her team as they research, test, develop, and recommend vendor software implementation strategies. She also manages primemls.com and Commercial.primemls.com, both public-facing websites. Sara is responsible for overseeing the management of system requests, fixes, and enhancements for the Paragon software. She also attends industry events solidifying business-to-business relationships while also looking to build new relationships and identify new products and services for Prime MLS to make available to members. Sara is the 2023 Chair for the Paragon Advisory Committee and is the 2023 Co-Chair and Director of the National MLS User Group (NMUG) helping to make decisions on changes to the platform, which impact real estate professionals for Prime MLS and other MLSs across the country.
Before joining Prime MLS, Sara was in the US Army for seven years and spent seven years in the printing industry as both a Customer Service Representative and Quality Assurance Technician. Sara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ashworth College

Jeff Bosch is a recognized leader and advocate for the essential role multiple listing services play in enabling transparent, efficient real estate markets and providing high-quality information and tools for real estate professionals.
Jeff serves as chief executive officer of IRES MLS, the second-largest MLS in Colorado, and its software development subsidiary, REALGO Inc. Previously, he was chief operating officer for MARIS MLS in St. Louis.
Jeff has strong roots in the broker community, with more than nearly 20 years of experience advocating for better data and tools while breaking down artificial barriers, costs and complexity for professionals and consumers alike.
Jeff chairs the Broker Advisory Workgroup Chair for the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO); is a director for the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS); and served as a 2024 member of the T3 Real Estate Data Roundtable.

Nicole Jensen is the CEO of realMLS serving Northeast Florida. In this role, she empowers talented teams who manage every aspect of the Multiple Listing Service and other technology tools to promote a healthy marketplace.

Jensen’s previous service to the MLS industry includes VP of Business Technology for the MIBOR REALTOR® Association in Indianapolis; CEO of the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® & MLS; and the Executive Vice President of the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln and Midlands MLS in Nebraska. She began her MLS career in 1997 as an MLS Administrator. Overall, Jensen has 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry having begun her real estate career as a licensee and agent support staff member.
She holds NAR’s REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation and a master’s degree in Organizational Management. A long-time member of Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), she has the CMLX1 & 2 designations, completed CMLX3-Leadership Academy and currently serves on the CMLS Executive Committee.

Edward Zorn has been a real estate attorney for over 30 years and has been the Vice President and General Counsel for California Regional MLS since 2015. As general counsel he is responsible for all legal aspects from contracting to litigation management, and as VP he is involved in the daily operational and strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining CRMLS, Ed's law practice focused on Realtor Association, brokerage, and developer representation. Ed has also been a real estate broker for over 20 years operating his own independent brokerage firm, and was also the Vice President and General Counsel of a multi-office franchisee within the Anywhere family. He still represents buyers that want to move to his hometown of Knoxville, TN.
With a passion for education, Ed was an Adjunct Professor for California Baptist University, where he helped create the University’s real estate program. Prior to joining CRMLS, Ed also served as a state Director and Ombudsman for the California Association of REALTORS® and was an active REALTOR member with the Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS where he was named the 2012 REALTOR of the Year. He is still an active member of the C.A.R. Legal Affairs Forum and serves on the Professional Standards Committee hearing disciplinary and arbitration cases in Tennessee. Ed recently served on the NAR MLS Listing Issues and Policy Committee, and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee. He is a frequent presenter and panelist at real estate industry events and podcasts.

Crystal grew up in Truth or Consequences, NM. She is a proud NMSU Aggie and holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management along with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Prior to real estate, Crystal served the public through the Federal Emergency Management Administration in a multitude of roles responding to national disasters. She also helped the Aerospace Engineering program to expand and support the students in Engineering at NMSU for 8 years. Her move to real estate started in residential, but expanded to include commercial as well. Being active in the community is important to Crystal. She served 10 years on the NMSU Alumni Association board and is the President of the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Academy. Rob Hahn is the Founder and CEO of Decentre Property Exchange (DPX), an online auction-based MLS bringing transparency and efficiency to North American real estate. He is also the managing Partner of 7DS Associates – a strategy consulting firm specializing in the residential real estate industry.
With a varied background from Wall Street, corporate law, technology, product development, media and entertainment, startups, fashion and professional card player, Rob brings a unique perspective to business problems. Rob started in real estate at a specialized commercial real estate firm investing in airplane hangars (true story), then moved to Realogy, where he headed the interactive marketing for Coldwell Banker Commercial before launching his consulting firm. In 2022, having seen the power and promise of distributed ledgers and distributed computing, he launched Decentre Property Exchange to get involved in the power of decentralization.
Often called the best demotivational speaker in real estate, Rob is a frequent speaker at events such as Inman, T3 Connect, Gathering of Eagles, NARPM, franchise and brokerage events, national, state and local MLS and Association events, and is available for weddings and bar mitzvahs.
Rob writes the well-known blog Notorious R.O.B. where he opines on topics in real estate, technology, law, marketing, economy, politics, society and strategy through far-too-long posts. He is also the co-host of the influential Industry Relations podcast with Greg Robertson. Named to the Inman 100 Most Influential List despite his best efforts, Rob notes that with great power comes great responsibility… and with very little power comes very little responsibility.
He is a graduate of Yale University, with a BA in Philosophy. The year he graduated, all of the Wall Street Philosophy Firms were going through a recession, so he added a law degree from NYU along with student loans the size of a mortgage. Greg Robertson co-founded his first real estate software company, IRIS, in 1992. In year 2000 IRIS was listed #192 on Inc. Magazine “Inc. 500” list of fastest growing companies in the United States and later that year acquired by Homeseekers.com. Greg went on to join eNeighborhoods, one of real estate’s first true SaaS companies. eNeighborhoods was then acquired by Dominion Enterprises, who owned Homes.com at the time in 2007. In 2008 Greg and his co-founder Dan Woolley went on to start, W+R Studios. W+R Studios created one of real estate’s most popular SaaS solutions, Cloud CMA. Cloud CMA and the rest of the Cloud Agent Suite have over 700,000 subscribers in North America. W+R Studios was acquired by Lone Wolf Technologies in December of 2020. Greg was the General Manager of the MLS division at Lone Wolf until August 2023.
